Pupil Voice Group
Our Purpose:
Our purpose is to continue to promote Healthy Schools throughout the whole school by increasing awareness of what constitutes a healthy diet both in terms of what and when we eat and drink. This will try to encourage all children to enjoy healthy options at mealtimes and to reduce snacking in between. We will do this by creating informative displays and posters about healthy and nutritious food choices and ‘tasters’ in school whilst continuing to promote the school fruit trolley with the aim of improving our decision making around healthy choices.
Election of our representatives:
After reading the job description about the qualities needed, we completed application forms to apply for the role in the pupil voice group. We presented our ideas and we voted for who we wanted to represent our class.

Our Action Plan:
We meet each half term to talk about our action plan and the term ahead.
We decided:

1. The group would like to create healthy eating posters to be put up in each classroom.
2.To help out and distribute fruit via the snack trolley.
3. Awards given for the healthiest lunch box.
